All bear spray canisters, holsters, and safety equipment rented through bearspray.ro remain the exclusive property of eTours.ro. Equipment must be returned in the same structural condition as received.
A mandatory refundable deposit of 100 Eur is required per canister at the counter. The full rental fee plus deposit covers the complete retail replacement cost in the event of loss, theft, structural damage, or deployment.
To avoid a deployment fee, the canister is weighed upon return. If the safety clip has been missing or the weight shows the gas has been discharged (accidental or defensive), the full deposit will be retained to cover the replacement of the safety product.
Carrying bear spray handles wild animal encounters but does not guarantee absolute safety. The user assumes all trail risks. eTours.ro and bearspray.ro are not liable for injuries, damages, or wildlife encounters during the rental period.
We take your privacy seriously. In accordance with EU GDPR laws, we collect only the essential personal data required to handle your booking, rental contract, and communication via WhatsApp, email, or our web form.
Your records are securely stored and strictly deleted or anonymized once the commercial and tax tracking periods required by Romanian financial law conclude. We never sell or share data with outside advertising trackers.
